We ship scented candles across the European Union and Switzerland. Parcels are prepared and dispatched from France.
### European Union
- **Orders below €100:** €5 flat shipping rate.
- **Orders €100 and above:** Free shipping.
- **Estimated delivery time:** 3 to 5 business days.
### Switzerland
- **Orders below €100:** €10 shipping rate.
- **Orders €100 and above:** €5 shipping rate.
- **Estimated delivery time:** 4 to 6 business days.
- **Duty Paid Guarantee:** Swiss orders ship fully duty paid. Swiss import VAT and carrier clearance fees are handled directly by Lacande — you will never receive an additional bill upon delivery.

## Returns & Right of Withdrawal
### 14-Day Withdrawal Right
In accordance with French and European distance selling laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within **14 days** of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
### Return Requirements
- Candles must be **unlit**, unused, and in their original packaging with intact labels.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
